Unauthorized transactions??

I've been a Rouge member for nearly 8 years, and I find myself facing a perplexing issue. Lately, all my online orders have been canceled due to what they claim are unauthorized transactions. I've been diligently in touch with Sephora since August, and they've informed me about a chargeback on my credit card stemming from a fraud incident in May. My bank assured me that the issue was resolved, and I even provided Sephora with screenshots confirming the dispute's closure. In response, they kindly stated that my account is in good standing and I should be able to place orders online. However, my most recent 8 transactions, each with different payment methods, have all met the same cancellation fate. This situation is truly perplexing. As a Rouge member, I have consistently invested thousands of dollars at Sephora. I'm puzzled as to why this issue has persisted for over 4 months, and I would appreciate a more prompt resolution that befits a loyal customer. THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!

I’ve had fraud on my sephora credit card for years. No one has ever helped me. Awful customer service. The Sephora stores say they dont handle credit card charges or beauty points or any transactions. They tell me to contact my Sephora credit card, which never helps. All they have ever done is drained hours and hours of my time to no avail, I’ve been placed on hold for an hour just to speak to yet another person that cannot help me. Oh and there’s an another number to call for the beauty points which apparently has nothing to do with the store or the credit card company. It’s all a bunch of crap. I’ve been a rouge member forever. Yet I just keep getting fed some kind of bs. I’ve had all my points stolen, charges made,  yet nothing was ever returned
