Unable to redeem scent certificate online

Hello,

 

I received a cologne sampler set as a gift but I'm not able to redeem the scent certificate online or via the app

My apologies! The number 1 is often mistaken for a capital letter "i" in the code. If you entered the letter "i" but the code didn't work, please try entering the number 1 instead. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up. Thank you!
