like so many other folks, I purchased a fragrance sampler and I’m now wanting to redeem the full fragrance online however, like so many other folks I’m unable to do so. I think it’s unfortunate to have to scour the app for answers and there seem to be none. Way too many people are having the same difficulty and there are no easily accessible resolutions aside from a support person willing to return with a PM to resolve.
There has to be a more efficient way to address widespread issues. In the meantime, I suppose I’ll wait my turn to receive a private message.

I'm sorry for the trouble you're having! Sometimes the number 1 can be mistaken for a capital letter I in the code. Please try switching the two to see if this works. If you're still having trouble, please send me a private message with your registered email address, a photo of the voucher showing the code, and the fragrance you are interested in. Thanks!

Help! I’m also having this issue with the Scent Certificate for YSL Libre. I’ve tried adding in the asterisks on the promo code, switching the letters for numbers, tried using it with just that in my basket at checkout, but nothing is working. I went back to my order from the set the promo came in and it’s been less than 6 months, so the code should be valid but I keep getting the same message saying it’s invalid. Any help would be great!
I also tried to type in the code, and checked it multiple times, but says it is currently being used with an order but I just received the sampler today and wanted to order the full one, can anyone help?
I am also having issues redeeming my full bottle cologne from a 9 sample pack. I don't see any code that everyone is talking about? Where do I find the code? Can someone help me please. Thanks

I recently purchased the cologne sample set and am trying to redeem the scent certificate online. I have tried different variations of the code but none are accepted. There is no number 1 or letter I in the code.

Can you please help me with this same issue? I can't redeem the Libre code. If i try entering it in promos, it says "enter as a gift card," if i try entering it as a gift card it says invalid.

A common issue is that the number 1 looks like the letter I. If switching that does not work, please send me a private message with your registered email address, name of the Sephora Favorites set and a clear photo of the voucher showing the code so I can look into this. Thanks!
