Unable to redeem birthday gift

Hey! My birthday was on June 22nd and I was out of the country till this week, and now that I am back, I was about to place an order for shampoos + redeem my birthday gift but the app isn’t allowing me to. I know we can only get the gift in the birthday month but is there a way I can get it now?
