Unable to post review

Hello! I’ve been trying to post a review for NARS Afterglow Blush Duo Set all day today from different platforms (website, mobile app, browser) and I keep getting the same error that I need to try later. What is going on? The same thing happened to me when I tried to post another review last month. Thanks for your help in advance! NARS Afterglow Liquid Blush Duo Set

@itskatrin I'm sorry to hear about this! It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your settings on a browser, not the app. Please send me a private message with a screenshot of the error or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat for assistance.

Hello! Where do I go to adjust those settings for private messaging? I didn’t even know you can private message on Sephora website. Thank you!

@itskatrin, you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). Please look for the settings/gear icon.
