Unable to post a review

I am unable to post a review that I need to for a topbox review that is due soon. I have tried for a few days and every time it gives me the error that I am unable to post a review for Laneige water bank blue cream.

Hi @missbee123, it looks like your review of the Laneige Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream Moisturizer was submitted yesterday 1/8/25 and it's currently pending. Generally, it can take up to 72 hours for a review to publish on the site after it has been submitted.
