Unable to place order

For the last week or so I have been unable to place an order on the Sephora website.  When I checkout, I don't get the option to actually complete the transaction and place the order. As Im UK based, I will not be calling and this is too pricey and I have been placing order online for over a year now. Emails goes unanswered. Help!

I have the same problem last week when I tried to place an order then it was just cancelled.

Is there any update on this? The same thing has been happening to me for about 4 days now. Have tried a number of devices too.
