Unable to place my order

Hello! I need help with ordering my order. Once I click checkout it told me "Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct. If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account." I've checked if everything is correct a few times and everything is right. I ordered my product yesterday with the same information and it worked, but now it won't.

Having this same issue. Got prepaid debit cards for my birthday and I can't use them. Did you figure it out how to fix this?

@Akak1133 I'm sorry to hear that! I recommend calling the number on the back of the cards to register a temporary billing address. Please enter that address as the billing address at checkout. If you're still having trouble, I recommend using an alternate form of payment. Thank you and I'm sorry for any trouble!

@zylon If the card is saved to your online account, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat so we can attempt to place the order for you or you may try using an alternate card. Thank you!

I have a Sephora card and the app and website give me the same error. And I've used the card previously. Ugh.

It did this to me as well except I’m using a visa gift card with enough money and it just never worked in the first place.

Hi @keelybt , sorry but me too have same issue,

my credit card it's from a Mexican Bank (BBVA) and I had bought twice in website but now when I'm trying to buy my basket the website told me the same sentence "Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct"
I wrote the same information that my accountment statement
