Unable to place an order

Hi, I keep getting this message when I try to place an order \\\"Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account.\\\" I am trying to use my sisters debit card andIve put the proper billing address because where I want to ship my order is different and it keeps displaying this message every time I want to place my order.
