Unable to manage auto replenish

Every time I click manage auto replenish under my profile the page stays blank?? I’ve tried logging in and out, I’ve tried on the web browser and I’ve even tried removing the app and re downloading. After giving up I reached out to customer service via chat and they are also unable to cancel for me? This seems like a scam! I no longer live at the location it’s going to ship to and I find it insane that I can’t manage my subscriptions.
