Unable to make return

Hi there,

I set up to do a by-mail return for an order I placed a few months ago (uncertain if I'm even eligible for in-store credit at this point, but thought I'd try as the product doesn't work for me at all). I have no access to a printer at home, so I boxed up my return and brought it to USPS. I was informed there that they cannot and will not print the Sephora return label to adhere it to the package.

Is there a way for me to still return this by mail? If not, can I have my return canceled so I can try to return to a store that's opening near me this weekend?

In order to return the item via mail, a return label will need to be printed. If you prefer to return your items in store, it is not necessary to cancel the return that was set up online.
