Unable to confirm payment information. Order cancelled.

Hi, I placed an order yesterday ( #XXXXXXXXXXX) and today I got an email that my order has been cancelled because my payment information cannot be confirmed.

I've just bought an egift card and I am using a new account, how do i fix this please and thank you.
