Unable to confirm payment information. Order cancelled.

Hi, I placed an order yesterday ( #XXXXXXXXXXX) and today I got an email that my order has been cancelled because my payment information cannot be confirmed.

I've been using the same payment method for the last few orders so I'm not sure what the issue is, and my money is "pending" on my paypal account, so I have enough to purchase it.
