Unable to check out

Hi there. I've been trying to check out but I keep getting an error message. I've logged out and logged back in but I keep getting the same message when trying to check out. Help please!

The messages says:

Conflict. Authorisation is required. Execute SSI login.

Hello! I am using the app so I'm not on any browser. I've closed the app, reopened it, restarted my phone and the message still pops up! It is maybe just an app issue?
