Unable to cancel same-day delivery subscription

I’m currently trying to cancel my same-day delivery subscription before getting charged but it keeps saying this when I don’t have any order : “Unable to make changes. Your order is processing. You may make changes to your subscription after your current order has processed. Typically in a few hours.”
