Unable to cancel order

I went cancel an order on the order details page and the option was not there. I would like to cancel the order before they ship it.

@BAILEY070604 We have a very short timeframe in which we are able to cancel orders. It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. You can adjust your preferences in your settings on a browser, not the app. Please send me a private message with your order number and reason you'd like to cancel the order or you may contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 or via our live chat for assistance.
