Unable to cancel auto replenish

Hi, 

I’ve been trying to cancel my product that is on auto-replenish but it doesn’t work. Every time I go on auto-replenish on my phone, the page just stays blank. I tried removing the app and sighing out but still no luck. I tried on my computer and it’s the same thing. What can I do about it ? I reached out to customer service and all they said is they cant cancel auto replenish on their end. It’s extremely frustrating!! It also seems like a common issue which leads me to believe the sephora is doing this on purpose to make it impossible for people to cancel auto replenish.
