Unable to See Beauty Insider Points!

When I use my beauty insider card in store, I’ve been told I have over 300 points, but when I log in online, it says I have 0 points. I’ve suspected this is because my beauty insider card is linked to another account. I pressed “Create an Account” and when I scanned the barcode on the card, it says an account has already been made with my card and the email comes up as my beauty insider card number @noemail.sephora.com! When I tried to create a password for this and create the account it comes up as an error and says something about adding BI information to the ATG ID??? Help!
