Unable to Open Tatcha Primer Sample

I saw that others posted about this, so I'm glad I'm not alone. I have two of the Tatcha primer samples from two separate orders, and I can't open either of them! I tried twisting, pulling, I even got my husband on the case and I can't open either of them. Anyone have any luck or suggestions? Frustrating!

I finally got mine open! I used tweezers and slid one side between the base and the top (if that makes sense) as far as I could until it made a popping noise, then I did it a few more times all the way around until I was able to pry it off. Now I can screw it back on and off easily!
