Unable to Log In on to Sephora App on iOS 15

GUYS!!! Can’t seem to log on in to my Sephora App on iOS 15. Always says “unknown error”. Please update the app so we can buy more stuff! Thanks!

having the same issue since last week. i was signed off the app randomly while browsing. And now i cant get in through the app. couldnt changed my password on my phone. only from my mac book. Only able to sign in through it too.

Hi, I am having the exact same issue! Is there a solution? I’ve deleted and redownloaded. I am able to sign in fine on the website.

hi! I am having a similar issue. Just upgraded to the Iphone 12 and unable to login to the app. I keep getting "unknown error" message.

I am unable to shop the mobile app - I get an error " Sephora mobile does not currently support a Canadian shopping experience" ... so I can only shop via web??
