Hi, how can I figure out what was the reason for not having my package delivered today and how can I find out when it will be here? I specified the unit number and the postal code in the mailing address but it says incomplete address given, no unit # provided. I have screenshots of my order, I definitely specified so I’m confused as to what happened? Will they try again the next day? Or has my order been cancelled? What can I do to follow up?
