Unable to Display My Product Review – Urgent Assistance Needed

I recently received the Laneige Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream Moisturizer through Topbox Circle for testing. I initially submitted my review using my old Sephora account at the end of last year. However, by the beginning of this year, my review still hadn’t been posted.

To ensure I meet the review deadline, I even created a new Sephora account and submitted the review again three days ago. To resolve this issue, I submitted the review again three days ago using my new account, but it still hasn’t appeared. Unfortunately, neither my old account nor the new account has successfully displayed the review.

This is causing me significant concern because if my review is not posted in time, I might face penalties on the Topbox Circle platform. My task’s deadline is January 11, so I kindly request Sephora’s backend team to review and post my review as soon as possible to help me complete the mission.

@EstherCHX I will be happy to look into this for you. It is not recommended to create a new account if you are experiencing issues reviewing as this can cause additional issues. Can you please send me a PM with your old username or email address and which account you would like to continue using? You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.

@ESTHERCHENCHX, please be sure to only use this account going forward. I see you reviewed the Laneige Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Cream Moisturizer back in 3/28/22 and you won't be able to leave another review for the same product. Please let us know if you prefer to have this review removed. I see your review of the Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Intensive Moisturizer was posted on 12/28/24.

Thank you for your response. Could you please help me remove the 2022 review from this account and update it with my new 2024 review? I believe the 2022 review was from a previous mission.
