Unable to Cancel Auto replenish

This has been going on for weeks now! I want my hair-related auto replenishes cancelled but I keep getting an error message when I click on that tab! I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but no luck. Is this a scam? I’d advise everyone to steer clear of auto replenishes in the meantime. 

help!
