Uk ordering

Having trouble ordering in UK. Cant put address in as its USA format. Ive tried UK page and Ive tried changing from us to UK. Everything i order it says it cant ship to me. So confused. Layla

@Anonymous First, you'll need to be on a computer as international ordering does not work on the mobile site. Click the cart, then click international shipments (under the paypal button) and switch to the United Kingdom. One you do this everything you add to your cart will appear in pounds and it will let you know if you add anything that cannot ship abroad. 

Second, certain Hazmat items cannot ship abroad because they are required by law to ship ground. Examples of Hazmat items are alcohol based products, like perfume, and aerosol cans. 

Third, certain brands do not ship to certain locations abroad. Examples of brands that CANNOT ship to the United Kingdom are Hourglass, Bare Minerals, Fresh, Etc. 

Examples of brands that CAN ship abroad are Becca, Drunk Elephant, Too Faced, Tarte, Sephora Brand, Belif, Viseart, Kiehls,  Etc.

Hi thanks for replying, I did try all you said and was on my laptop. I was ordering glam glow supermud treatment. Some Anastasia stuff, lipstick, eyeshadow, tarte conncealer and some foundation.. just didnt want to wprk. I'll try again. Thanks

@Anonymous 😞 sometimes clearing your cookies/history helps but it doesn't look like Glamglow ships abroad. However, if I switch my cart to the UK I am able to add ABH lipgloss and the Tarte foundation.

Nope it's not having it. Every time I checkout I have to remove a product, including ones I mentioned. Crazy and I was definitely logged in..... basket is in pounds too. I give up.

yay it finally worked....managed 5 out of 9 items. plus 3 free trial gifts plus i redeemed 100 points too, so hopefully all 9 items will arrive ok. spent £150 the four things i couldnt get were the most expensive... pheww lol
