UNSUCESSFUL AUTHORIZATION

Hi I purchased my order and it now shows Unsuccessful authorization - I am from Australia, purchased of the US website and paid via PayPal. Money has been taken out. I am also a VIB rouge member. What does this mean??? Please asssit

I'm very sorry to hear this! Please note that Sephora does not charge for orders until they are shipped. It sounds like you're seeing a pending authorization, and this will fall off automatically. I'll take a look at your recent order and will send you a private message with more information shortly.

Hi thank you for getting back to me. I should mention I am from Australia, shipped on USA website and sent it to a USA address. Paid with PayPal .

I require my order to be sent to the said address by the 6th November. Also as I am a VIB rouge member,
