UNSUCCESSFULL AUTHORIZATION (URGENT)

My order status is: unsuccessfull authorization. How can i solve it??? I need my order till friday. I'm desperate and nobody answers me on mail or phone :(((

You aren't going to get your order by tomorrow, they are way bahind in processing orders, all shipping methods are affected despite their disclaimer during checkout...

We are on the same boat, I get your frustration sadly their customer service is terrible and won't answer, they even deactivated their live chat. 

I just hope they have the decency to return the money they charged since my items won't ship.

I placed an order last night which was an impulse buy - got in contact with customer service rep literally within 10 minutes and a request to cancel the order was sent to the warehouse.  As a beauty enthusiast who has shopped on numerous websites and dealt with various companies, I can wholeheartedly say that Sephora's customer service is one of the best that I have encountered. Not only the reps are sweet, but they are courteous and helpful. I have called at least 3 times during the past week regarding information on gift cards, order cancellations, damaged goods replacement etc. Each and every time i was linked with a very sweet customer service representative.

Sadly I haven't had that luck, I haven't been able to get in touch with them. But hopefully I will soon, since I can't call the US number right now, I'm waiting for them to activate their live chat.
