UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

I made an appointment for Sunday 07/03/22 for a full face 60 min makeup session at the Sugarland location. At first everything was going well with the makeup artist, but while she was doing my makeup, I overheard her make an appointment for 3pm. My appointment was suppose to be over at 3ish. The time came and the artist was still not finished with me, and I asked for the mirror, so that I can see how it all turned out. I noticed she did not do the contouring on my nose, did not add eyeliner and the highlight was very minimal. 

So I requested for her to do those things being that I had already told her what I wanted before we started. Then she says to me, well your hour is up, so you can choose either the eyes or the contouring. I then said.. I paid for a full face makeup session, and that's a part of my face. Then she says.. Well I cant, so I then said.. well who can?? because that's what I paid for and I am not leaving till somebody does it. I believe she was stressed at the moment, because her other appointment had showed up and she took it out on me. In the end she saw I was not going anywhere w/o it being done. So she then asked another artist to take her next appointment for her and she completed the session with me. I believe this could've been handled better w/o the artist acting so unprofessional towards me. I believe Customer support should know, so they can better train their makeup artists in these areas.
