UNFAIR CANCELATION

I redeemed TF lip color in indian rose for my points in rewards bazaar, and successfully placed my order. Just after, I sent an email and receive  a confirmation that "this item is in stock and my order is being fulfilled". But today only a minute before from a shipment email, I received an email that "the item was canceled because it's out of stock". This really UNFAIR!!! My points were replaced but really I don't need these points if I cannot use them for smth I wish.
