UNCOMFORTABLE

I’m very disappointed with sephora. I was in town visiting my son and had to stop by the Eastland Mall location in Evansville IN. I was getting last minute Christmas gifts with my daughter , the young lady we encountered was just mortifying. To say the least she has way too much going on to be in a professional setting. I asked for some help finding stuff for my daughter, and then presents for friends back home. She didn’t seem very chipper like she wanted to be there. I can tell she wanted to talk and I asked if everything was okay. The SHE WOULD NOT STOP!!!! Very personal details of what was going on in her life. It was VERY inappropriate considering my daughter is 13 years of age!!!! I’m very much outraged and disappointed in Sephora for this young ladies behavior. I feel like something should be done. I’m not going to air out ALL her dirty laundry, this was too much for me. We visit every year around this time and NEVER have I encountered a young lady like this that LACKED all professionalism. Especially in front of my 13 year old daughter!!!!!
