UNABLE TO RESET PASSWORD

Does anyone know why I never receive the link to reset my password? I have called customer service twice, went directly into a Sephora store and had my email address changed on my account to see if that would fix it, but no luck. I cannot get into my account and I have a lot of points. So frustrating!!! HELP!!!
