Two emails linked to phone number

A few days ago while I was checking out at Sephora, the cashier told me I had 2 emails linked to my phone number. I was able to figure out one of the emails but I'm unsure what the other email is. Apparently that email has all my points collected because this account has none. Is there a way to figure what emails are linked to my phone number and if I can merge it all to one account (this one) instead?
