Two day shipping for VIB Rouge

I was looking at the benefits for Rouge and it says that I have free 2 day shipping. I was going to place an order and when I was about to click the 2 day shipping it says that it’s $10.95. It shows that I have free 3 day shipping but the benefits say I get free 2 day shipping. I’m confused.
