Two day flash shipping deliberately disregarded?

I put in an order on the 15th, and it was shipped on the 16th, supposedly with two day flash shipping. Despite the bright red assurance that flash shipping wouldn't have any delays that greeted me while checking out, it looks like my package isn't supposed to arrive until four days after shipment occurred. I would understand if there was a processing delay given the holidays, but since it's set to arrive four days AFTER the shipping occurred, and it was already in UPS's hands on the 16th, that certainly doesn't seem to be the case.

Now looking into the tracking number on UPS's website, it looks like Sephora sent the package via ground shipping, NOT two day, despite clearly showing in the order that the package was sent with "Flash 2 Day" shipping. This seems to be an intentional decision on Sephora's part not to honor the shipping speed promised when I purchased flash shipping, which strikes me as unscrupulous.

It's unsettling that Sephora is clearly stating it's sending something via 2-day shipping on my receipt, but actually shipping with UPS ground. This is also definitely not an issue of shipping an aerosol container as what I ordered isn't aerosol.

It’s shady! I agree! Same thing with my order! They are using the aerosol thing as an excuse 👎🏾
