Two accounts with same phone number

Hello,

I have two emails linked to the same phone number. One has 14 points and the other has 95 ish points.

I have the email for both accounts. I cannot log into the one with more points for some reason. Whenever I try resetting the password it doesn’t send an email. Please help.
