Two VIB Accounts :(

Ok so I’ve seen different posts about this. However I already called CS and they were unable to find my accounts. When I shop in store there is one account that is VIB already with my phone number. Aaaaand. My online account apparently is a separate account where also VIB. I would’ve been Rouge by now!! 😑 Please haaaalp!
