Trying to exchange points for $100 Rouge Reward

Hello,

I am trying to exchange my points for the $100 Rouge Reward.

 

Per the Beauty Insider Instructions, I've checked the Rewards Bazaar on Tuesday and today, Thursday and there doesn't seem to be a place where I can redeem/exchange, nor is there any place that indicates this offer is expired or "out of stock".

 

In fact, the only mention of this reward seems to only be on the Beauty Insider Benefits page.

 

Is this something that I redeem in a store? Am I suppose to receive an email with special directions?

 

Please let me know how I can claim/exchange/redeem my reward. Thanks!

Hi @MsJnette, sorry for the confusion! This is an exciting reward which is in high demand. I am glad to share that we will continue to release additional quantities of Rouge Rewards every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am Pacific Time, so once it is in your basket, make sure to check out right away. Please note that you also must be signed in to your Rouge account to see the Rouge Reward in the Rewards Bazaar.
