Troublemaker mascara breaking?

I recently received an urban decay troublemaker mascara and after a fewdays many of the little spike bristle things, began to fall off. Could I get a refund or return?

Oh no! I am sorry to hear that your mascara is in that type of condition. If your item was purchase online, you can exchange it in store with your original order summary. If the item was purchased in store, please bring your original receipt to make the return/exchange. If you have misplaced it, the Cast Member will be able to look up the transaction (if your Beauty Insider Card/registered email address was provided at the time of purchase).
