Trouble using $100 Rouge Rewards

I just used my points to redeem for the $100 Rouge Reward. Got an email within an hour. Clicked on the "Activate Not" link, and nothing happened.

 

Can someone help me?

I'm so sorry for the delay in our response, and I have responded to you in another post as well. Please ensure that you are accessing the email from your inbox folder (not your spam/junk), and open it from there. If the email was delivered to your spam/junk folders, please be sure to move it to your inbox first, and then open it.

 

Please also try clearing your cookies/cache, or switching to another Internet browser, and then try clicking the link again. If the issue persists after trying these steps, please send me a private message and I'll be happy to assist further. 🙂 I hope this helps!
