Trouble redeeming the 10% off

I noticed that there was a 10% going on if you opt for messages but I haven’t been getting the confirmation yet. I’ve been putting my number several times and haven’t received anything yet. Help would be appreciated.

I signed up and received the code for 10% via text.. drove 20 mins to the store.. only to be told by the manager it's not working company wide and that they can't even override and apply 10% off. They gave me the number to call... so what, spend an hour on the store? Don't bother signing up for text

My apologies, the SMS Text 10% off promotion ended on 10/24/24. The promotion comes back from time to time, so I recommend keeping an eye on our emails and the Beauty Offers page for updates in the future: https://www.sephora.com/beauty/beauty-offers
