Trouble adding birthday gift

I couldn’t get the birthday gift to add on the website or the app so I started a chat to attempt to get the nest birthday gift. In the middle of working with the best customer service person ever “Brittany”. I was attempting to add my payment so she could process the order for me and now all of the sudden chat isn’t working. Can someone please process my order now. 🤦‍♀️
