Trial Size Missing

I placed an order as part of Sephora's Cyber Week Sales (looove - by the way!), and in my order, I am missing the Vegamour Trial Size of the Shampoo & Conditioner that it was supposed to come with.

 

I have enjoyed the Vegamour Gro Serum, so I was really excited to try their shampoo and conditioner product - can anyone help me with this? Thank you!
