Tracking says delivered but I don't have it

My email says my package was delivered at 10am but I dont have it. I ordered this make up to use this weekend for an event and now I don't know where it is. I also checked with my neighbors and no one received it. I sent this to my business so there is no way it would be in a bush or my side door. Help!
