Tracking information

ordered a package weeks ago. Sephora sent me an email saying the order was shipped. I received another email 5 days ago saying my package is arriving soon. The estimated delivery was 4 days ago. Now when I look at the tracking there is no estimated delivery day and the link to the tracking website does not work. I manually put in the tracking number and it still doesn’t show any delivery date or passed shipping information. I have been waiting so long for this package and I’m very upset I have no information about where it is or when it will be delivered.
