Totally misleading. False advertising

I keep trying to get the $50 or $100 reward, and like soooo many others, my attempts have been unsuccessful. So I have been trying for some of the other higher rewards, like over 250 point redemptions. Those are hard to get too. In the excitement of it all, I saw the Tatcha set pictured below. I quickly looked at the details and saw that for the deep cleanse it stated a 250ml bottle was included. Well I thought I was jumping on a good deal... too good to be true right? Why not place "2" orders and get a set for a friend too? what an amazing offer right? I received the box, and the bottle is a tiny 25ml. Not even the 50ml travel size bottles that they have near the check out counter. I wish I had not redeemed the points. Especially on "2" sets. Total false advertising. I wish I could return these for my points back! I had to spend quite a bit of money to accumulate 600 points. I would rather pay for the travel size (I already pay for the full sizes), rather than to redeem my 600 points for this $33 set. Can I return these? This is so disappointing. I can usually get each of the Deep Cleanse & the Water Cream deluxe samples at 100 points each, or as a BI offer for making a minimum purchase and using a promo code. So I just totally over paid for these items thinking it was something that it's not.

Hi @AnDiscretion,

I'm truly sorry for the typo! This has been reported to the appropriate department and I will send you a PM to assist you further.

Always,
Danee

Re: Totally misleading. False advertising

I had the exact same thing happen to me !

... I had if Ever, Only One time a long time ago - used Any of My Points to purchase products before.

When I was reading about this cleanser this promotion popped Up. Admittedly I was excited. I thought what an amazing deal.

Until my products arrived and I opened my package Up to find this small little bottle.
I have absolutely NO problem paying and or using my points to purchase “Whatever” it may be from Sephora ... As long as what is being advertised to me, is exactly the same as what I then receive. When the description is misleading, it is false advertising!

We’re ALL Social Distancing and Self or Family Isolating in this CRAZy Uncertain time. We Can’t just call the store and bring the items in and say hey ... “ I got dupped “

and I Sincerely don’t appreciate it. I think that taking advantage, especially right now, is just downright WRONG !!

With ALL the time and money I spend on Sephora - Misprint or Not. I should be compensated for this  - they’re MISTAKE !
