I didn’t get any sample with my purchase several times in the past. I called and eventually I got treated with rudeness that ended up giving up on samples. 

I wish Sephora has the courtesy to bring 3 samples back at least some of you peolle can get them 

The times when I got them I feel appreciate it 

and I am allergy to several products do samples really helped me to decide which product works best for me 

not to mention my husband got his perfume though samples 

Sephora a sample made me purchased a perfume over a $100 dollars 

explain to me how the company ends up loosing ?
