Total purchases 2018

I made two purchases in October on the same day and gave my information at checkout but this did not go towards my points/purchases. The points issue has been resolved but I don’t think this has been added to the total amount I’ve spent. I am trying to get to rouge, is there a way to fix this? I did show proof of purchase

Regretfully, we're not able to update the year-to-date spend reflecting your account, however, both of the purchases you made will count towards your VIB/Rouge status! I'm going to look into this then send you a PM 🙂
