Topbox reviews never post, even after 72 hours

Hi there,

 

I have a new topbox mission for 

Clarins 
Extra-Firming Day, and  Clarins 
Extra-Firming Night

 

neither seem to have posted. I had this issue previously with another product review as well and a MOD had to go in and reapprove.

Hi there, I'm having the same issue as this member. I tried twice; I thought the first time was my fault and I didn't click all the way through. It's for the same two Clarins creams.

@catofthemoon, I'm sorry for the trouble and your reviews from 2/24/25 should be visible on the site within 48 hours. In the future, we recommend posting your reviews from the > https://www.sephora.com/ca/fr/ website.

@Deekon, my apologies! This has been fixed, and you should be able to see the reviews on the site within 48 hours.
