Too many returns???

Dear Sephora, I am a VERY good customer who has been buying frequently ever since Sephora opened in Canada. I have accumulated a crazy amount of points over the years; yesterday I received an email telling me that I return items TOO OFTEN???!!! I spend a huge amount of money every month online and once in a blue items were returned. The total bought versus items returned is extremely low; and I need to add that 8/10 weren't even used. Can anyone tell me who to speak or write to in order to clear this matter up... Thank you, Nathalie
