Tom Ford Indian Rose 100 point Perk

I have seen the 100 point perk of the Tom Ford Lipstick in Indian Rose come up quite a few times.  Including 4 times today.  I put in my basket with an order and it always comes back as out of stock.  If it is out of stock, Why does it appear in the Rewards at all?  It's very frustrating!!

I checked again just now and it is still showing as out of stock... When I call (which I have called about 4 times)  I am told that it is still out of stock, and there is nothing they can do.

Very sad about this issue...
