Todays 10% off not working?

• Hello, today is advertising that you get 10% off on the app when you spend over $100… I have near $500 in my cart and I can not get the 10% to work in anyway.:: you can’t click it and it doesn’t give you a code and it also doesn’t add it on its own at check out!!?? What am I doing wrong??
